Heavy house work is washing windows or cleaning gutters. Light house work is sweeping or vacuuming. Heavy gardening is raking or spading. Light gardening is watering plants. For questions about running and walking, include the use of a treadmill. Count only uphill part of walking and hiking. Do not count leisurely walking in the brisk walking question. For aerobic machines, do not count treadmill. For water exercises, do not count other swimming. Do not count yoga or Tai-Chi for stretching or flexibility exercises. Heavy weight training is hand-held weights of more than 5 lbs, weight machines or push-ups. Light weight training is weights of less than 5 lbs, or elastic bands. General conditioning exercises include light calisthenics or chair exercises, not strength training
